Salary: £47,389 to £56,535

What you will do
- Provide oversight and assurance for institutional sustainability KPIs and reporting requirements.
- Lead organizational sustainability commitments, including Responsible Futures accreditation and annual Climate and Adaptation reporting.
- Develop and review sustainability-related policies, guidance, and best practices across the University.
- Collaborate with academic and professional leads to set and monitor SMART sustainability commitments.
- Coordinate internal sustainability reviews and enable cross-University data generation and analysis.
- Manage and support sustainability staff and academic matrix members.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the UK higher education policy environment across the four nations.
- Demonstrable experience delivering sustainability initiatives in curriculum development, quality assurance, and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage, develop, and support staff through line or matrix management.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex information to develop evidence-based proposals.
- High proficiency in written and verbal communication for drafting committee papers and delivering workshops.
- Must be able to attend the Milton Keynes office as required by business needs.
