Salary: up to £45,000 per year

What you will do

• Deliver training courses and learning interventions covering all technical automotive content.
• Design learner-focused training materials aligned to industry standards when required.
• Utilize technology like e-learning and webinars for effective delivery.
• Manage personal schedule, track commitments, and complete all administration and evaluations.
• Align delivery to brand culture, requirements, and yearly objectives/KPIs.
• Review delegate feedback and industry trends to maintain training quality.

Requirements

• Strong motor vehicle technical experience, ideally to Master Technician level
• Experience delivering face-to-face technical training to industry-leading standards
• Experience designing and developing training materials that drive performance
• Strong facilitation, assessment, and evaluation skills
• Ability to link learning to performance improvement and apply L&D theory in practice
• Understanding of blended learning and intermediate Microsoft Office skills
