What you will do

• Drive the strategic development of one or more journals to raise their profile and visibility.
• Attract new authors and high-quality submissions by leveraging international networks.
• Oversee the entire editorial workflow, including evaluation, peer review, and decision-making.
• Establish and maintain a strong global network of researchers, practitioners, and board members.
• Represent the Education portfolio at international conferences and research institutes.

Requirements

• PhD degree in educational research with an excellent research background.
• Experience in manuscript handling, including pre-screening, peer review, and integrity cases.
• Demonstrated commissioning experience in identifying priority topics and guiding authors.
• Strong global networks within research communities.
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
• Deep understanding of scientific publishing and open research innovations.
