What you will do

• Build and maintain pipelines for P0 roles across departments through proactive sourcing
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop targeted strategies for hard-to-fill positions
• Utilize Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and tools to identify passive candidates
• Implement creative strategies to reach diverse talent in AI, music tech, and startup communities
• Conduct initial outreach, qualify candidates, and track sourcing metrics
• Research market insights, represent hirify.global at events, and stay ahead of sourcing trends

Requirements

• 3+ years of talent sourcing experience, preferably in tech or startups
• Experience sourcing diverse technical and non-technical roles with proven pipeline building
• Expertise in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub
• Excellent written communication for outreach and candidate engagement
• Experience with ATS (Ashby preferred) and CRM tools
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment; passion for music
