What you will do

• Manage multiple large-scale cloud transformation and migration projects within the cloud practice.
• Develop, track, and manage detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive major IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while holding team members accountable.
• Establish governance frameworks and provide regular status reports and cadence reviews to the leadership team.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues across all cloud transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage diverse stakeholders, including clients, offshore teams, and cross-functional groups.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in cloud transformational consulting and migration projects.
• Proven track record of executing large-scale cloud migrations, integrations, and transformations.
• Strong technical understanding of Virtualization, Azure Cloud technologies, compute, storage, and networking.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Degree in BCA, MCA, BE, BTech, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Ability to handle escalations and operate effectively under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other professional program management certifications.
• Agile Management certification.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) or other professional project management tools.
