What you will do

• Manage and drive program plans, coordinating interdependencies across multiple projects and business units.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive client sponsors, providing insights and managing expectations.
• Lead program updates for internal stakeholders and negotiate resolutions for complex issues.
• Provide hands-on management to project managers and services professionals in a matrixed capacity.
• Identify resource gaps and match team skills to project requirements to ensure successful delivery.
• Incorporate innovative methodologies and best practices to accelerate time-to-value for customers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3-5 years of program management experience in a geo-dispersed, matrixed organization.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a technology-oriented role.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a history of direct customer interaction.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

• Experience in the legal, consulting, accountancy (Big 4), or risk sectors.
• Prince2 or PMP certifications.
• Advanced or Master’s degree.
• Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Project and Visio.
