What you will do

• Identify and prospect new healthcare provider leads through proactive research.
• Reach out to leads and convert them into active referral partners.
• Nurture existing partnerships through regular in-person visits, emails, and thoughtful interactions.
• Contribute to the development of internal processes and educational resources for the partnerships function.

Requirements

• 2+ years of direct experience in BD, sales, or partnerships engaging with healthcare providers.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
