What you will do

• Establish and cultivate executive-level relationships with internal and external health partners from first contact to in-market execution.
• Collaborate with product and clinical leaders to determine and prioritize future product feature sets and identify required partners.
• Lead individual projects from inception to final delivery, including deep desk research and financial data analysis.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and business models to identify strategic opportunities and threats.
• Produce high-level presentation materials for executive leadership with minimal oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Sciences, or a related field.
• 12+ years of relevant work experience in healthcare (e.g., healthcare startup, consulting, venture capital, or business development).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep knowledge of the US healthcare market.
• Proven ability to develop and build trusting relationships with executive-level partners.
• Strong numerical analysis skills and financial literacy (P&L, balance sheets).

Nice to have

• Ability to produce high-quality written and presentation materials in PowerPoint and Word with extreme attention to detail.
• Experience working autonomously at high speed within rapidly changing and ambiguous environments.
