Location: Remote (Preferred time zones: Eastern US and Central US)
Salary: OTE $115,000 – $1,155,000

What you will do
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of SMB and mid-market accounts, prioritizing based on health and risk signals.
- Own end-to-end renewal execution, including forecasting, stakeholder alignment, and deal closure.
- Drive scalable customer engagement through standardized programs and value-based communication.
- Maintain operational discipline and accurate data within Gainsight and Salesforce.
- Partner with Sales, Technical Success, and Product teams to resolve risks and support growth.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewal Management.
- Proven experience managing high-volume customer portfolios with responsibility for renewals and forecasting.
- Ability to interpret customer health and usage signals to drive action.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical aptitude to connect product capabilities to business outcomes.
- Must be based in the US (Preferred Eastern or Central time zones)
