Salary: OTE $115,000 – $1,155,000

What you will do

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of SMB and mid-market accounts, prioritizing based on health and risk signals.
• Own end-to-end renewal execution, including forecasting, stakeholder alignment, and deal closure.
• Drive scalable customer engagement through standardized programs and value-based communication.
• Maintain operational discipline and accurate data within Gainsight and Salesforce.
• Partner with Sales, Technical Success, and Product teams to resolve risks and support growth.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewal Management.
• Proven experience managing high-volume customer portfolios with responsibility for renewals and forecasting.
• Ability to interpret customer health and usage signals to drive action.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical aptitude to connect product capabilities to business outcomes.
• Must be based in the US (Preferred Eastern or Central time zones)
