Location: Hybrid in Cologne, Germany (minimum 2 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Manage and maintain relationships with key partners and handle support inquiries via Zendesk.
- Support partner integration processes to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Negotiate renewal contract terms and pricing changes with partners.
- Analyze partner performance data to develop and implement retention and success strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs and improve product expertise organization-wide.
- Monitor performance metrics and create reports to achieve savings and other business objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in key account management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Hands-on mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with advanced data analysis and dashboards is a plus.
- Prior experience within the fitness industry or in a global role is highly desirable.
