What you will do
- Lead a group of support engineers across multiple offices to ensure timely resolution of local IT incidents and requests.
- Oversee the complete laptop lifecycle, including provisioning, imaging, deployment, and refurbishment.
- Manage hardware inventory, asset tracking, and procurement activities for end-user devices and office equipment.
- Coordinate troubleshooting for Windows devices, docking stations, printers, and meeting room equipment.
- Maintain and improve internal documentation and Knowledge Base articles.
- Mentor Local Office Support engineers in technical troubleshooting and user communication.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an IT support or service desk environment.
- Previous experience leading or coordinating a technical support team.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Intune, and device management processes.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals and endpoint troubleshooting.
- Experience working with ticketing and asset management systems.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
