What you will do

• Bridge IT, Security, and DevOps to implement scalable solutions across the organization.
• Lead root-cause analysis to reduce tickets, improve SLAs, and automate repetitive processes.
• Act as SME on Microsoft tooling (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online), owning improvements and best practices.
• Deliver projects like Intune compliance, onboarding automation, password manager rollout, and SDOps enhancements.
• Monitor device compliance and system health, flagging issues proactively and maintaining documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT Support, System Administration, or End User Support as an individual contributor.
• Cross-platform troubleshooting across macOS, Windows, cloud, and on-prem with strong Microsoft stack knowledge.
• Root-cause mindset to automate repetitive tasks and drive improvements without direction.
• Proactive communicator able to spot patterns, escalate clearly, and collaborate with DevOps and Security.
• Ownership-driven, balancing security and usability from concept to implementation.

Nice to have

• Linux troubleshooting experience.
• Atlassian Admin experience.
