What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of the commercial landscape and regulatory requirements to provide second-line challenge.
• Lead second-line risk reviews and provide quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Support the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) and Risk & Control Self Assessments (RCSA) processes.
• Prepare Board and Risk Committee packs and key deliverables for regulators.
• Foster a strong risk culture and hold first-line owners accountable for risk and control issues.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of proven experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
• Strong experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, preferably in risk management or actuarial fields.
• Familiarity with insurance regulatory regimes such as Solvency II.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with General Insurance operations, including underwriting and profitability drivers.
• Ability to leverage AI to drive operational efficiency.
