What you will do

• Implement the Risk Governance Framework and serve as the primary contact for Client Group and Product governance forums.
• Prepare and quality-assure first-line risk reports and governance submissions for senior management.
• Maintain functional and legal entity RCSAs, ensuring alignment with Operational Risk Standards and Group expectations.
• Lead risk and control deep dives across products and processes to identify design gaps and enhancement opportunities.
• Drive the delivery of Risk and Control Improvement Plans (RCIPs) and support the remediation of audit findings.
• Coordinate engagement with Second- and Third-Line assurance teams, including Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit.

Requirements

• Experience in a first-line risk, control, or governance role within a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, including RCSAs, control design, testing, and assurance.
• Proven ability to produce structured and high-quality management information (MI) for senior stakeholders.
• Based in or able to work in London.
• Knowledge of asset management products and distribution models is beneficial.
