What you will do

• Represent first-line risk at governance forums and support strategic projects from a risk perspective.
• Act as liaison between Structured Finance, Private Credit, and acquired companies for risk coordination.
• Manage risk events, issues, actions, RCSAs, and conflicts of interest registers.
• Oversee key control assessments, control testing, and remediation of deficiencies and audit findings.
• Monitor risk environment, identify emerging risks, and perform thematic reviews.
• Support risk governance, reporting, model risks, and provide SME advice on risk framework.

Requirements

• Experience in first/second-line risk, control, or governance in regulated financial services.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, RCSAs, control design, testing, and assurance.
• Experience preparing risk materials for senior management and governance forums.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality management information and analysis.
• Sound judgement, stakeholder management, accountability, analytical skills, and integrity.

• Knowledge of asset management products, private markets, and operational environments.
