Business Risk Partner - Private Markets, Structured Finance and Private Credit: Support first-line risk management and reporting for Structured Finance and Private Credit businesses within Private Markets with an accent on governance, control assessments, and risk events. What you will do
- Represent first-line risk at governance forums and support strategic projects from a risk perspective.
- Act as liaison between Structured Finance, Private Credit, and acquired companies for risk coordination.
- Manage risk events, issues, actions, RCSAs, and conflicts of interest registers.
- Oversee key control assessments, control testing, and remediation of deficiencies and audit findings.
- Monitor risk environment, identify emerging risks, and perform thematic reviews.
- Support risk governance, reporting, model risks, and provide SME advice on risk framework.
Requirements
- Experience in first/second-line risk, control, or governance in regulated financial services.
- Strong understanding of risk frameworks, RCSAs, control design, testing, and assurance.
- Experience preparing risk materials for senior management and governance forums.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality management information and analysis.
- Sound judgement, stakeholder management, accountability, analytical skills, and integrity.
