AVP, Senior Regulatory & Governance Risk Management Specialist (Finance): Supporting and strengthening enterprise risk governance, regulatory, and operational risk management with an accent on risk governance frameworks and supervisory readiness. Focus on ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations, managing non-financial risks, and supporting engagement with regulators across global jurisdictions.
Location: Hybrid; must be based in Warren (NJ), Philadelphia (PA), New York (NY), Bermuda, or London
Salary: $175,000 - $215,000 annually (US Only)

What you will do
- Design, enhance, and operate the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework in line with regulatory expectations.
- Maintain group risk governance arrangements, including policies, standards, and committee documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for risk-related supervisory and regulatory requirements at the Group level.
- Develop and embed the Group Risk Appetite Framework and contribute to periodic executive and Board reporting.
- Enhance non-financial risk frameworks, including operational risk and risk event management.
- Provide expert risk and governance advice to senior management and functional leaders.
Requirements
- Significant experience in ERM, risk governance, or regulatory risk within insurance or financial services.
- Deep understanding of regulatory expectations relating to ERM and non-financial risks.
- Proven track record of developing risk frameworks and supporting Board-level forums.
- Strong analytical skills and experience interacting with regulators or supervisors.
- Must be based in or be able to work from Warren, NJ; Philadelphia, PA; New York, NY; Bermuda; or London.
Nice to have
- Professional risk qualifications such as IRM, PRM, or FRM.
- Knowledge of Solvency II, NAIC regulations, or BMA requirements.
- Experience with supervisory college processes or multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments.
