TL;DR

Global BI & Analytics Internship (Power BI/Databricks): Structured 6-month rotation program in hirify.global’s Data Talent Factory, building hands-on skills in business intelligence, data analytics, and generative AI with an accent on hirify.global’s standards and best practices. Focus on training in Power BI and Databricks, then applying skills to real projects across business analytics teams.

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (hybrid: up to 50% remote, office at hirify.global HQ near Amsterdam Zuid station). Full-time 40 hours/week, starts Summer 2026.

What you will do

• Complete 2 months of training in Power BI, Databricks fundamentals, hirify.global standards, and generative AI capabilities.
• Rotate through two business analytics teams (2 months each) to work on real end-to-end projects across the organization.
• Implement business intelligence and data analytics solutions to support data-driven decision-making globally.
• Build a portfolio of deliverables with cross-functional exposure in areas like finance, HR, and transformation.
• Collaborate with diverse team members in Amsterdam and New York, adopting cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements

• Student (Bachelor/Master) remaining enrolled with university.
• Passion for data, specializing in Power BI and Databricks.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with numbers.
• Familiarity with Excel, Python, SQL, R highly advantageous.
• Strong interest in generative AI applications in analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Adaptability, attention to detail, willingness to work across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with stakeholder management and scalable BI products.
