TL;DR

Data Analyst (Product Analytics/HRTech): Analyzing user adoption and conversion patterns to optimize product growth with an accent on PQL triggers and conversion optimization. Focus on building ETL pipelines, designing Power BI dashboards, and conducting A/B tests to drive data-driven decisions.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam. Must be living and working in the Netherlands; no relocation sponsorships provided.

Salary: €50k – €60k yearly (including holiday allowance)

What you will do

  • Analyze user adoption patterns, feature usage, and Product-Qualified Lead (PQL) triggers to optimize conversion.
  • Design and maintain end-to-end Power BI dashboards across product, financial, and performance data.
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines and develop Python scripts for scalable data workflows.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives and assess statistical significance to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define data strategy and align initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product or digital analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Azure (or comparable data platforms).
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Heap, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • Understanding of APIs and data integrations (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
  • Fluent English proficiency (Dutch is a plus).
  • Must be currently residing and working in the Netherlands.
