What you will do

• Define and refine Engineering KPIs across key performance dimensions.
• Identify and connect data sources like Jira and internal systems.
• Design data models and structure data for analysis.
• Build interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• Develop self-service analytics tools for teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze data and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Student in Data Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or similar.
• Strong interest in data, analytics, and visualization.
• Analytical and structured thinker.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Comfortable communicating with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
