Data and Analytics Intern - KLM Engineering (Aerospace)

hirify.global Engineering & Maintenance provides technical expertise for aircraft maintenance operations in a safety-critical and highly regulated environment.

What you will do

• Help build the Engineering Performance Management System for teams and leadership.
• Define and refine KPIs covering value, flow, quality, predictability, and team health.
• Identify and connect data sources such as Jira and internal systems.
• Design data models and supporting data pipelines for performance analysis.
• Build interactive Power BI dashboards and self-service analytics tools.
• Analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently studying Data Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a similar field.
• Strong interest in data, analytics, and visualization.
• Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Proactive, able to work independently, and comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.
• Dutch language skills.
