TL;DR
Data Analyst / BI Developer (Azure): Developing data and reporting products within the Microsoft Azure stack to provide insights for Identity & Access Management (IAM) services with an accent on scalable self-service BI and data-driven decision making. Focus on building ETL pipelines using Databricks and ADF and creating high-level management reports in Power BI.
Location: Must be located in the Netherlands or elsewhere in the EU and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. No relocation provided.
Salary: €4,024 – €5,747 per month

What you will do
- Design and develop data and reporting products using the Microsoft Azure stack, including ADF, Databricks, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with data ingestion squads and solution architects to build intuitive and scalable data products.
- Create reporting solutions to accelerate self-service BI and data-informed decision-making processes.
- Define key metrics to track and improve the performance of IAM products and services.
- Develop management information for domain leads and high-level bank executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BI developer in complex IT landscapes.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience developing ETL solutions.
- Experience with Azure data platforms, specifically ADF, Databricks, Synapse, and Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of data modeling in Analysis Services or Power BI.
- Must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Python and Spark.
- Certifications in Power BI, Azure Data Fundamentals, or Databricks.
- Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Proficiency in Dutch.
