Business Data Analyst (Power BI)

What you will do

• Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and CRM to provide actionable insights.
• Periodically report on team and company financial performance.
• Support forecasting and budgeting processes with reliable data.
• Define, measure, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Handle ad-hoc data requests from various stakeholders.
• Contribute to mapping data flows, CRM improvements (e.g., ZOHO), and new database features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data modelling)
• Hands-on Power BI or similar BI tool experience
• Strong English communication skills, comfortable in cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
• Able to translate complex business questions into actionable insights
• Proactive, independent, and entrepreneurial mindset

• CRM, finance, or trading platform experience
