What you will do

• Lead advisory engagements, defining client business objectives and aligning hirify.global solutions to drive value.
• Provide strategic guidance on solution selection, implementation, and optimization for complex needs.
• Develop and present business cases, ROI models, and value assessments to demonstrate impact.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring technology aligns with business goals.
• Collaborate with sales teams on upselling/cross-selling and guide implementation for smooth adoption.
• Conduct workshops, assess ongoing needs, influence product roadmaps, and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements

• 8-12 years in value advisory, consulting, or related field
• Deep knowledge of investment management value-chain on buy-side
• Expert in management consulting practices: capability mapping, value-mapping, strategic portfolio management
• Value selling expertise with ROI modeling and consultative selling methodologies
• Preferably sales/sales support experience at major vendors (hirify.global, Murex, Blackrock, Charles River)
• Work experience in management consulting or formal training
• Foundational understanding of data management and security types
• Willingness to travel as required and attend office 2x/week (hybrid policy)
