Client Consulting Manager (Fintech)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with office attendance required three set days per week, Tuesday through Thursday, and generally 50% or more of working time in the office.

What you will do

• Lead consulting initiatives, deliver projects and solutions, and identify opportunities for future client engagements.
• Participate in strategic and planning discussions with hirify.global internal teams and serve as a key contact for client and internal inquiries.
• Manage multiple priorities across concurrent workstreams and projects.
• Transform problem statements into proposals with leadership guidance and develop frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations.
• Build solutions and measurable insights to help clients grow portfolios, improve customer engagement, and increase profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, risk, innovation, and global regional teams while producing analyses and recommendations based on client portfolio data, customer demographics, activity, spend levels, behavioral scores, and financial information.

Requirements

• Problem-solving ability with a strategic focus on influencing return on investment.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, including designing, building, and showcasing project results packages and delivery materials.
• Strong team orientation with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, plus the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Self-motivation, results orientation, ability to handle numerous projects concurrently, and ability to work independently.
• Deep experience and a track record of high performance in a large consulting firm or corporate strategy.
• Competence in using financial indicators to assess business performance, with a strong focus on return on investment.
• Ability to draw meaningful insights from quantitative and qualitative data and apply data-driven storytelling and effective data visualization.
• Ability to generate templates and storyboards, guide others, and ask questions that uncover new areas of analysis.
• Ability to support proposal development from problem statements with leadership guidance, including competitive analysis.

Nice to have

• Understanding of card issuers' profit and loss and the critical factors driving profitability.
