Location: Hybrid, with at least two days per week or 40% of working time at an office site in Belfast, Birmingham, Chester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Halifax, Leeds, London, or Manchester, UK

Salary: £126,523–£148,850 in London; £106,565–£125,370 outside London

What you will do

• Act as a trusted adviser to Curve’s Managing Director and leadership team, shaping strategic priorities and supporting decision-making.
• Provide strategic insight, commercial judgement, and recommendations for business planning, delivery, and investment decisions.
• Prepare executive briefings, Board and Executive Committee materials, Show & Tells, leadership updates, and external engagement materials.
• Establish quarterly priorities, OKRs, and OKR tracking while coordinating strategic initiatives across functions and the wider Group.
• Connect stakeholders across Curve, Connected Finance, and hirify.global and support alignment on business priorities.
• Support internal communications, leadership events, organisational culture, and the visibility of Curve and its products.

Requirements

• Significant experience in senior strategy, business management, executive leadership support, or strategic transformation roles within complex organisations.
• Ability to independently shape strategic priorities, translate business challenges into clear recommendations, and support delivery of business objectives.
• Experience supporting business planning, investment decisions, and organisational priorities.
• Experience working with senior leadership teams, preparing executive briefings, and supporting Board or Executive Committee governance and decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with credibility to advise and constructively challenge Managing Directors and leadership members.
• Experience coordinating strategic initiatives across multiple functions and navigating organisational complexity.
• Strong communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills, including the ability to engage diverse audiences, simplify complex information, and manage competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, including banking, fintech, payments, or other digitally led financial services businesses.
• Experience in regulated organisations and understanding of governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience supporting business integration or large-scale organisational transformation.
• Experience developing internal engagement strategies, leadership events, or initiatives that strengthen organisational culture and employee engagement.
• Experience working across product, technology, and commercial functions in a complex, multi-divisional organisation.
