Corporate Strategy Manager (Fintech)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with at least 3 days in the office. Based in London or willing to relocate.

What you will do

• Own defined workstreams and support project teams working on hirify.global’s strategy in Europe and its sub-regions.
• Structure business questions with functional and regional teams, analyse evidence, and develop practical recommendations.
• Carry out rigorous quantitative analysis, clearly document assumptions, and validate conclusions against source data.
• Translate analysis into recommendations, presentations, and concise written updates for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate stakeholders, keep projects moving, and help implement agreed recommendations.
• Contribute to the Strategy team by sharing useful sources and tools, supporting team events, and building knowledge of hirify.global, payments, and European markets.

Requirements

• Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or another role requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Structured approach to unfamiliar or complex questions, including hypothesis testing and early identification of important gaps.
• Clear and concise writing with strong awareness of the main message and audience needs.
• Ability to plan and run effective discussions, ask relevant questions, and agree clear next steps.
• Confidence working in Excel and building and checking complex analyses.
• Ability to plan work with guidance, raise issues early, and coordinate actions across stakeholders.
• Constructive teamwork, knowledge sharing, support for new joiners, and useful feedback to colleagues.
• Based in London or willing to relocate.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Experience in growth strategy, market assessment, commercial due diligence, or operating model design.
• Payments experience.
• Knowledge of a major European language.
