Senior Solution Consultant

What you will do

• Lead requirements discovery, facilitated workshops, and client engagement across complex, multi-workstream projects.
• Design and own solutions covering multiple asset classes and data domains, while challenging non-standard approaches constructively.
• Own delivery outcomes, manage scope and risks, and coordinate with Professional Services, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Lead UAT planning and execution, define acceptance criteria, and guide clients through technology change and adoption.
• Mentor Solution Consultants and contribute to consulting standards, delivery methodologies, and practice development.
• Lead adoption of AI-enabled workflows and share effective practices with colleagues.

Requirements

• Deep working knowledge of investment management, asset management, or financial data operations across multiple domains, including areas such as equities, fixed income, alternatives, or derivatives.
• Strong understanding of data management workflows and relevant technical considerations.
• Demonstrated experience leading client-facing solutioning and delivery on complex, multi-workstream engagements.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior practitioners in a consulting or delivery environment.
• Ability to lead complex solution design and translate it into actionable delivery plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at project and operational levels without formal authority.
• Clear communication with operational, project, and senior client audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently and challenge approaches diplomatically while maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to take ownership of outcomes, manage stakeholders proactively, and lead consultants informally.

• Familiarity with hirify.global products or deep experience with comparable data management or benchmarking platforms.
