Functional Consultant (Fintech)

Location: United Kingdom; fully remote role

Zone & Co provides an ERP-native AI and SaaS platform for financial operations within Oracle NetSuite, supporting more than 4,500 customers worldwide across Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Treasury, Payroll Management, and Record-to-Report workflows.

What you will do

• Gather and analyze customer business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure solutions for customer needs and enterprise software implementations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer training sessions.
• Support testing and quality assurance, troubleshoot customer issues, and implement enhancements.
• Document processes, configurations, and customizations while communicating with customers and internal teams to manage expectations and project milestones.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and proposal development, and stay current with relevant industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a functional consulting role within the fintech industry.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation projects, preferably involving ERP, CRM, or other business applications.
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze and document complex requirements.
• Project management skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities, including professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English.
