What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-IT positions across Product, Project Management, Finance, Legal, HR, and Marketing.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' soft skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gather requirements and align on candidate profiles.
• Coordinate all stages of the hiring process and maintain candidate data in the TeamTailor ATS.
• Participate in HR projects focusing on process automation and employer branding.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a product or tech company.
• Proven experience hiring for Business & Operations functions (Finance, Legal, Marketing, HR).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above required.
