What you will do

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing to hire.
• Understand client and stakeholder needs beyond job descriptions.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, networking, and outreach.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, motivation, and risks.
• Present candidates structuredly and coordinate processes.
• Maintain candidate engagement and build talent pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Fluent Czech and English (written and spoken)
• Strong sourcing skills and proactive talent identification.
• End-to-end recruitment process management.
• Assess fit including motivation and long-term alignment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and similar tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
