What you will do

• Develop weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports focused on financial performance analytics.
• Participate in the annual budget and quarterly forecast review process, aggregating and analyzing data from budget owners.
• Review standard cost processes and evaluate financial standards.
• Monitor KPIs and advise Operations on performance drivers to highlight areas for improvement.
• Perform variance analysis comparing actual results against budgets, goals, and historical performance.
• Support month-end consolidation, coordinate ledger entries, and manage inventory accounting.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, and strategic planning.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance processes.
• Proven background in cost accounting, manufacturing finance, and budget development.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong command of business English, both written and verbal.
• Must be based in Beverly.
