Salary: $68,747 – $85,933 USD + Bonus

What you will do

• Lead the operating expense forecast, budget, and monthly financial review process across departments.
• Drive analysis and reporting for headcount and operating expense line items.
• Utilize NetSuite and Planful financial systems for reporting and data management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Review preliminary month-end results and propose journal entries to ensure financial accuracy.
• Implement process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in FP&A.
• Working knowledge of basic Accounting (P&Ls, accruals, reclasses) and GAAP.
• Strong understanding of the three financial statements and their interrelationships.
• Foundational and fundamental Excel skills with an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid US work authorization is required.
