Senior FP&A Analyst

Salary: $114,000 - $130,000 per year

What you will do

• Ensure integrity of financial data across systems and support annual budget, audits, and strategic planning.
• Perform monthly variance analysis, compare budget/forecast/actuals, and identify improvement areas.
• Manage month-end close and forecasting for Boulder site, upload data to Hyperion, and verify accuracy.
• Partner with functional leaders to present spending trends and insights driving business decisions.
• Handle cost pools, allocations, standard costs, inventory reserves, and consignment processes.
• Create financial models, reports, and ad hoc analysis for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 5-7 years experience, preferably in manufacturing; cost accounting required.
• Strong financial planning & analysis, modeling, reporting, US GAAP, and process improvement skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with M2M, HFM, HFP, or SAP preferred.
• Quantitative analytical skills, organization for audits, and ability to influence in dynamic environments.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Financial Planning (HFP), or SAP.
