Location: Fully Remote, but must be based in Japan (Tokyo market focus)

Salary: Total €100,000 OTE Package

What you will do

  • Drive revenue by identifying and securing B2B commercial opportunities, including premium Race Suites and ticketing bundles.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to closing deals.
  • Act as a high-profile brand ambassador in Tokyo, adapting global campaigns to Japanese cultural nuances.
  • Coordinate between global HQ and local service providers for venue logistics, hospitality, and ticketing.
  • Provide real-time market insights to shape digital and promotional strategies for the Tokyo market.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, hospitality, or commercial partnerships within sports, entertainment, or luxury sectors.
  • Native or business-level fluency in Japanese and professional English.
  • Existing network of high-level corporate contacts within Tokyo.
  • Mastery of Japanese business etiquette and cultural intelligence.
  • Ability to handle the logistical pressures of large-scale international events and manage third-party agencies.
