What you will do

• Conduct direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products to institutional clients.
• Manage relationships with VCs, hedge funds, ETFs, ETPs, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Proactively identify and build relationships with key stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
• Lead and manage the entire deal cycle, from initial cold outreach to contract signing and payment.
• Coordinate independently with product, legal, and research departments to facilitate deal closure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the tech or finance sectors.
• Proven track record of closing large-scale deals exceeding $1 million USD.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese.
• Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics and underlying technologies.
• Experience and comfort with competitive cold outreach to C-level executives and founders.
• Strong self-organization, discipline, and ability to maintain a high work tempo.
