What you will do
- Prospect and qualify target accounts to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives in Sustainability and Procurement.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Advocate for CSR and sustainability importance within Global 2000 supply chains.
- Maintain high activity volume via emails, calls, and LinkedIn to create pipeline growth.
- Document all communications in Salesforce to identify trends for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sustainability, procurement, or a related field.
- Work experience in sales development, lead generation, or marketing.
- Fluency in English and Japanese (written and verbal).
- Self-discipline with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Must be based in Tokyo to support the hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Voluntary or work experience in sustainability, CSR, or procurement.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn, or other modern sales tools.
- Knowledge of additional APAC languages.
