Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in developing technical solutions and creating winning proposals.
• Deep expertise in managed services with hands-on experience utilizing AI technologies.
• Proven background in at least one area: legacy modernization, data ops, customer experience, or AI.
• Experience defining operating models for support coverage and team distribution based on business needs.
• Proficiency in proposing contract terms and managing contract interpretation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executives and lead through ambiguity.
