What you will do

• Participate in client discovery sessions and technical workshops to define project vision.
• Lead solution architecture discussions with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Define technical implementation roadmaps and review architectural decisions.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support pre-sales activities and the development of solution proposals.
• Mentor technical teams and promote engineering best practices throughout delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada (Alberta preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering and architecture.
• Proven experience leading technical discovery engagements and working with executive stakeholders.
• Strong background in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions.
