Senior Field Sales Manager (SaaS): Driving profitable sales growth in assigned accounting firms or corporations within a geographic territory with an accent on consultative selling, account management, and new business development. Location: Remote from anywhere in the Central or Mountain Time Zones (USA-MI, USA-ID, USA-TX, USA-MT, USA-AZ, and other US locations). Up to 10% travel for client visits and team meetings.
Salary: $57,400 - $98,350 USD (plus commission)

What you will do
- Develop expertise in Research & Advisory and Tax & Accounting products to position them effectively.
- Execute sales methodology, manage pipeline in Salesforce, and drive new business through prospecting and presentations.
- Retain and expand existing accounts via regular engagement, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Apply consultative approach to assess needs, build relationships, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Support product development with client feedback and resolve issues.
- Create annual business plans, forecasts, and collaborate across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years B2B sales experience with proven quota achievement.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, consultative selling, business planning, and presentations.
- Advanced communication skills, independence, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable with up to 10% travel.
Nice to have
- 5+ years sales or account management in SaaS, software, or Tax & Accounting.
- Formal sales training (e.g., Challenger Sales).
- Top performance awards and experience in multi-divisional organizations.
- Familiarity with tax/accounting concepts.
