Global Account Manager: Maintain executive level client relationships at key large multinational organizations and provide consultative selling to support strategic long-term objectives with an accent on aligning resources globally and driving profitability. What you will do

  • Achieve global sales revenue targets and cultivate executive level relationships across countries.
  • Negotiate contracts, master supply agreements, and manage risk and financial impacts.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract, grow, and maintain global customer relationships.
  • Lead development and execution of Strategic Account Plans, accountable to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities, assemble pursuit plans, and manage pipeline of renewals, projects, and share improvements.
  • Collaborate across organization to create strategic solutions and communicate progress to executives.

Requirements

  • High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field preferred
  • 5+ years proven sales experience in outside sales or global account management; 5 years experience selling at executive level and in matrix organizations
  • History of success maintaining and developing key relationships; ability to strategically manage large projects.
  • Understanding of business principles, effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office; ability to travel 25%-50%.
  • Ability to network across cultures and navigate complex customer politics.
