Salary: $95,717 - $143,576 Annually

What you will do
- Achieve global sales revenue targets and cultivate executive level relationships across countries.
- Negotiate contracts, master supply agreements, and manage risk and financial impacts.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract, grow, and maintain global customer relationships.
- Lead development and execution of Strategic Account Plans, accountable to senior management.
- Identify opportunities, assemble pursuit plans, and manage pipeline of renewals, projects, and share improvements.
- Collaborate across organization to create strategic solutions and communicate progress to executives.
Requirements
- High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field preferred
- 5+ years proven sales experience in outside sales or global account management; 5 years experience selling at executive level and in matrix organizations
- History of success maintaining and developing key relationships; ability to strategically manage large projects.
- Understanding of business principles, effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office; ability to travel 25%-50%.
- Ability to network across cultures and navigate complex customer politics.
