TL;DR

Salary: £80,000–£110,000 base + uncapped bonus

What you will do

  • Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline across global travel businesses.
  • Identify decision-makers and uncover operational pain points through targeted outreach.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders including CEOs, CTOs, and Product Leaders.
  • Represent the business at international travel industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and implementation teams to secure and progress deals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ success within B2B sales or SaaS sales.
  • Must be based in the UK, Europe, or US.
  • Strong knowledge of the business travel or travel technology sector.
  • Proven experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Advanced LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting capabilities.
  • Confidence managing complex sales cycles and building long-term client relationships.
