Client Success (Spanish Speaking) - Summer Internship

TL;DR

Client Success (Spanish Speaking) Intern: Growing inventory, bookings, and revenue within assigned markets through sales and account management tasks with an accent on acquiring/reactivating landlords and building client portfolios. Focus on onboarding customers, negotiating upsells, maintaining relationships, and delivering data-driven feedback to maximize business impact.

Location: Onsite at HQ in Rotterdam, Netherlands

Salary: €700 per month

What you will do

• Acquire and reactivate customers via cold calling to build your portfolio of landlords and properties.
• Onboard and educate customers on products/services to accelerate their success.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to maximize value and experience.
• Negotiate with customers to grow accounts through upselling and value capture.
• Collect and deliver customer feedback using a data-driven approach.
• Train to improve sales performance and overall business impact.

Requirements

• Speak English above-average (B2+) and Spanish at native level
• Strong communication skills, comfortable with cold calling
• Results-driven and eager to learn
• Student or recent graduate
• Available full-time (40 hours/week) for at least 3 months, up to 6 months starting ASAP
• Must work onsite from HQ in Rotterdam, Netherlands
