What you will do

  • Prospect and cold call German-speaking clients to build a client portfolio from the ground up.
  • Build and manage lasting client relationships within the Environmental Commodities space.
  • Pitch and close deals across a variety of renewable energy products tailored to client needs.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within your growing portfolio.
  • Research market trends and monitor relevant regulations and developments.
  • Manage the full deal process, including onboarding, contracts, and CRM updates.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, brokerage, or the energy/commodities sector.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven track record of building client relationships and consistently hitting targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take full ownership of lead generation.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Must be able to work on-site from the Amsterdam office.
