What you will do
- Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for the SMB segment within the Bank Payments Network Group.
- Translate technical payment innovations into clear, compelling commercial narratives for sales and customer success teams.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative customer research to inform product strategy and establish commercial foundations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, commercial strategy, sales, and marketing to launch and scale solutions.
- Drive key business metrics including activation, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Monitor the competitive landscape to articulate differentiation and influence GTM strategy.
Requirements
- Extensive B2B product marketing experience including customer research, ICP development, and survey analysis.
- Proven track record of multi-product and solutions selling within a portfolio.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform positioning and GTM strategy.
- Ability to build consensus across diverse cross-functional teams.
- Experience in payments or fintech is highly preferred.
- Must be based in the UK to work from London or Leeds offices.
