What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end B2B sales process for used vehicles to maximize volume, margin, and market penetration.
• Identify and onboard new dealer partners and strengthen existing relationships to drive growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership buyers, building trust through consistent communication.
• Monitor local market trends and competitor pricing to ensure vehicle pricing remains competitive.
• Proactively identify and address operational challenges in the remarketing process and inventory management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and use data to shape pricing and sales strategies.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, digital sales platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Willingness to travel at least 30% within the territory.
• Must be based in Jacksonville, FL.
