Salary: $125,000 + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality virtual primary care via video visits, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education.
• Manage a panel of patients for acute, chronic, and preventive care needs.
• Collaborate with Care and Case Management teams and supervising physicians to develop care plans.
• Maintain quality metrics, patient satisfaction, and adherence to evidence-based practices.
• Utilize telehealth technology while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay current with medical knowledge and strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience in ambulatory/outpatient family or internal medicine delivering primary care.
• Active, unrestricted NP and RN license in state of residence; board certification by ANCC or AANP; active Medicare status without sanctions.
• Ability to treat all ages and a broad variety of conditions; experience independently managing a patient panel.
• Comfortable with high patient volumes; strong proficiency with technology and EHR platforms; telehealth experience preferred.
• Empathetic communication and ability to balance priorities in dynamic settings.
• Shift: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri 8-hour shifts (one evening to 7 PM weekly) + 1 weekend shift every 4 weeks with weekday off.
