Salary: $248,000 – $279,000 + equity

What you will do

• Own and manage the individual consumer claims docket, including arbitrations and DSA complaints.
• Support high-stakes matters, such as regulatory inquiries and putative class actions.
• Lead discovery workstreams: document review, data preservation, and witness preparation.
• Handle IP litigation, focusing on trademark, copyright, and DMCA disputes.
• Collaborate on regulatory focus areas like minor safety, content moderation, and platform liability.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Hands-on experience with the full eDiscovery lifecycle.
• Proven track record in consumer litigation and global IP matters.
• Ability to communicate complex legal issues to engineers and executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with internet platform liability (CDA 230) and multi-district litigations.
• Background in gaming, social media, or communications technology.
• Experience managing large-scale consumer arbitration portfolios.
• Familiarity with patent litigation.
