Location: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance. Role is based in Washington, DC / Arlington, VA with remote/hybrid flexibility.
Salary: $137,200–$186,200 per year

What you will do
- Identify, preserve, collect, and process ESI for civil and criminal litigation and government inquiries.
- Serve as the expert technical user for tools including Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, and Veritas eDiscovery Platform.
- Collaborate with litigation teams to document discovery plans, including search parameters and custodians.
- Administer data inputs into review platforms, including de-duplication, user access management, and production quality assurance.
- Provide training and technical assistance to agency attorneys and paralegals on eDiscovery procedures.
- Facilitate legal hold implementation and amendments within the Legal Hold Management Tool.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred).
- 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
- 3 years of progressive experience on major litigation support projects.
- 2 years of hands-on experience with Relativity beyond document review.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred).
