What you will do

• Develop engine systems, optimize performance and emissions via calibration.
• Resolve design and manufacturing issues, ensure design acceptance and readiness.
• Run tests on schedule, provide updates to management and leadership.
• Document work and update stakeholders upon project completion.
• Collaborate with global teams and adopt new technologies for efficiency.
• Plan and improve testing procedures for reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor results, machine capabilities, and performance reliability.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of analytical thinking, technical excellence, project management.
• Product testing, troubleshooting technical problems in manufacturing environment.
• Must work onsite five days a week in Mossville, IL.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.
