What you will do
- Provide high-quality support to employees and clients regarding benefits pricing, coverage, and claims.
- Manage benefits enrolment, unenrollment, and billing processes using Zendesk and internal platforms.
- Develop, detail, and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve benefits administration.
- Maintain operational documentation in Notion and identify opportunities for process automation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to analyze customer needs and deliver optimized benefit solutions.
- Provide technical and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of benefit plans and policies.
Requirements
- Experience in HR Operations and Employee Benefits, ideally within the context of US PEO services.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Must be located in the APAC region.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Obsession with providing an excellent customer service experience.
