Location: Hybrid in Netanya, Israel (3 days per week in the office)

What you will do
- Lead the global technical recruitment strategy, defining sourcing benchmarks and success metrics for tech hiring.
- Partner with engineering and product leadership to optimize interview processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Shape the technical employer brand by creating engineering blogs, social media campaigns, and representing the company at tech conferences and hackathons.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment for complex roles in Software Engineering, DS/ML, DevOps, and Product, primarily for the Israeli hub and EMEA.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray) across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow to engage passive talent.
- Analyze recruitment metrics, pipeline velocity, and regional talent density using predictive analytics to optimize hiring decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in technical recruitment within the high-tech industry.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Netanya office (Hybrid: 3 days/week).
- Proficiency with AI-assisted sourcing tools, automated talent rediscovery tech, and data visualization tools.
- Proven experience in tech employer branding, event organization, or content creation targeting developers.
- Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
- English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (C1+).
